Prajapita Brahmakumaris Ishwaria Vishwa Vidyalaya is a world wide Socio-spiritual-educational organisation, headquartered at Montu Abu Rajastan. we are organising various mass level programmes to foster the goodness in individuals through positive Thing & stress management Classes .As a part of this in Loch, Vidyalaya celebrate 2008 Jan 21st to 27th as stress Free Week. In connection with this we are arranging a number of programmes in various companies, organisations, institution, clubs, govt. offices, schools and colleges etc. This is to bring awareness among the people so that counter effects of stress can be prevented. Eminent and experianced faculties from various places will be conducting classes in English, Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil.

Stress can cause headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, eating disorder, allergies, insomnia, backaches, frequent cold and faligue to diseases such as hypertension, asthma, diabetes, heart aliments and even cancer.

what are the methods of coping with stress?
The most significant or sencible way out is a change in lifestyle. Relaxation techniques such as meditation, physical exercise, listening to sooting music, deep breating, various natural and alternative methods, personal growth techniques and visualization tecniques some of the most effective of the known non-invasive stress busters.
